I only cook any pork roast like a pot roast. Potatoes, celery, baby carrots, onions. Season with pepper.

For beef roast I use onion soup mix.

I layer potatoes, carrots, onions, celery in the bottom of the crock pot. Cut slits in the pork and put some garlic in and salt & pepper everything. Pork on top of veggies, sprinkle a pk of onion soup over all, and one can of cream of mushroom (celery or chicken also works), add a cup of water or stock and let it cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Yum....Peace, Brenda

Sometimes it is either a little bit of cumin or oregano that is used to flavor pork for tacos.

I cheat . I buy the Kroger brand for pork roast done in a slow cooker . Since I've tried it is the only way I make it . Taste like the best pulled pork recipe ever

If you like sour Kraut, one of our favorite pork crock pot meals is a pork shoulder roast cooked with a large jar of sour kraut poured over it. add a diced onion and about a cup of water. cook on low for 6 hours or so. the acid in the kraut tenderizes the pork and the pork mellows out the kraut so it's not so sharp. serve with mashed potatoes.

I was shocked that this tasted so good!

Barbecue sauce and Dr. Pepper! Equal parts in crock pot with pork butt. Slow and low. Falls apart and is delicious!

After all recipes I tried I prefer to cook the pork with electric griddle, sure if I have a chance.
But anyway I cook it not that often, I prefer meat with less fat. I've started to cook like that when I've understood that this way is more healthy.
The main pain - is to choose the electric griddle. I've been watching for lots of reviews, comments and then choosed a griddle with help of reviews, my friend gave me a source, more at https://jonsguide.org/best-electric-griddle/

Aldi has bottled sauces that I prefer over bbq sauce. They have less sugar which I look for. They had a Korean BBQ sauce I loved but no longer find it.
