Thank you all for your continued encouragement. I didn't think I could get this next row ready to attach it this quickly but I managed to sew it on today, yeah! Here it is. I didn't smooth it very well but it is straight and smooth. I have 2 more rows to go. I'll start at the opposite corner and then add the last to it before I attach it to this just completed section. Keep watching, I should have the center section of the quilt done in a couple of weeks.

Insert picture of me giving you a standing ovation. It is looking awes...uh...amazing, lol. You really buzzed through that longest roll, you'll be adding the border before you know it. Can't wait to see more. I know you said you are now at your summer home, do you have a sewing room/space there also.

Thanks, Sewing Senior. No sewing room here. I have a corner near the kitchen overlooking the lake. It is really beautiful to sew while watching eagles overhead or loons on the lake. The guest room stores the fabric and other stuff I need. LBB and a wedding quilt for my grandson are this summer's projects.

It sounds lovely. Guest room? If you need an on site cheering squad (of 1) I'll be happy to volunteer.

Haha! You're sweet. We really should try to get together if I come to Texas again next winter. I'd love to see your blocks in person. My husband is telling me I should hand quilt this one. I'm still undecided.

Each block is a work of art. This will be a "Masterpiece" when finished. Gorgeous!

I knew it would take me awhile to do the last 2 rows and get everything attached. But I set a goal of getting this quilt put together by the end of this weekend. I finished this afternoon and am ready to post a picture.

I took closeup pictures of the 4-block sets and will post those in a day or two. They are still downloading from my phone. I still have borders to finish up and I hope to work on those every night. I'm sewing on the greenery of the rose buds now and then I have to roses to finish, too. Done is getting closer though. I'm so ready to have this ready to quilt.

It is even more beautiful than I imaged. I'm anxious to see the close up shots of the 4 block sections as I missed quite a few of the individual pics because I was so late finding your early posts.

When I stopped working on this for awhile I stopped posting pictures. So, my album is not complete. But I'll post the close ups so everyone can see. And, I'll keep working on those borders and post them as I get them done. I'm still trying to meet my goal of having this ready to quilt in October. We'll see if that can happen.
