    I love doing Brazilian Embroidery. I love the dimensional look to it. I have worked from kits, and I also have pattern books for it. You use a lot of different needles and weights of thread/floss, so it keeps it interesting.

    I also do regular embroidery and crewel as well.

    Though, embroidery is definitely a secondary hobby to quilting. I have never used embroidery with my quilt tops. I thought about it, from time to time, but feel that the threads wouldn't hold up through the years of use. I mainly just frame my embroidery for wall art.
