I feel so sorry for those of you that have lost your Mother. Treasure your memories and let them bring you comfort. I love your quilts - wrap up in them and feel your Mothers arms around you.

These are beautiful...what a great legacy from your mother, and a way to keep her memory and love very much alive.

I just love these quilts of love, especially, the first one. The patterns are awesome and the number of colors just flow so beautifully. I also lost my mother approx 8 years ago. I have a piece of fabric from which I made her a mumu to wear because she could not stand clothes touching her skin. Some day that piece of fabric will go into a very special quilt. Right now, I just haven't found the special pattern that deserves my mom's fabric. I do hope you receive a lot of comfort from wrapping in this loving gift from your mom. Your brother sounds as if he is also very special. You both have my prayers as you make this terrible adjustment.

having lost my own mum a year ago I know how special it must be to have such lovely quilts that she made that you can snuggle in and can remember all the good times and laughs you shared.
