One of the blocks on the right has an orange and pink floral...maybe you could find something like that for the border..........it would make a cute retro baby quilt!!

Now it is a treasure. You nailed it with the free motion quilting!!!!! Excellent. Are you able to wave it in front of the person who tossed the blocks so they can be sad they didn't turn them into a treasure? I love what you did. I think they should hold together fine with all the fmq holding the weight of the quilt. Good job!
