Dear Jane in kingsize, all by hand and quilted by hand too. With that I'd be here till I'm 142.

Or one of Judy Niemeyers sp? amazing patterns or Karen Stone's ... love them both & would keep me busy for a LOOOONNG time !!

I would do a grandmothers flower garden. My mother has one that my grandmother made laying on the flat of her back in a Tuberculosis sanitorium back in the 30's. It is perfect. I don't think I have the patience to do it by hand. I bought the book "Not your grandmothers flower garden" book by Marci Baker..the whole thing is strip peiced.
I love lots of other modern quilts..but..I think flower garden takes over the top of the list.

As it was a popular choice I googled Baltimore Album quilt to see what it was like.
That is totally out of my league!!

Where are you in Ontario, I'm in Perth, about one hour west of Ottawa! Been here only five years, the rest of my life in Niagara!
