    I appreciate all of the suggestions you've had. I received several PM's and in such I found the one I want to send them too. A fellow quilter does them for an abused women's and children shelter on a reservation in SD. I'll be sending them there next week.
    Thanks for all of the charity work you all do! Hopefully, these quilts will be a bright spot in someone's otherwise troubled life.

    That's fantastic. What an amazing gift...any quilter would be happy to know their treasures are going to such a great cause.

    Check with a local quilt guild. Our guild does a lot of charity quilting projects. Your local one may also

    What a wonderful place to send them! As a woman who has used one of these shelters I know that they will be gratefully accepted!

    If you have a retirement in the area you might be able to donate the tops to them to be quilted.
    They will in turn donate them to needy organizations.

    That is just awesome that she wanted to pass these things on to you. It's nice that you were kind enough to pass on the tops so someone else could benefit from it.
