    I hope it isn't ill....but actually I find it has a certain charm. Mind you I am known for getting the ugliest/weirdest/unappealing pets from shelters. I always think no-one else would choose them so I will. My husband thinks it's weird and how does it become my responsibility to pick the ugly ones.

    Some body knit that cat a coat or something! That's what cross breeding leads to. I prefer my fluffy Persian.

    Forwarded to cat breeder friend to get her opinion. I would say it is an obvious cross...but with what. Had a wild/stray dog over in Maine that no one could identify. When it got killed by a car they figured out it was a chow mix. Poor thing lived by himself in the wild..couldn't even bond with other pack dogs that were wild. And no one was able to approach it.
