The Chicago river was dyed a festive green today for St. Patty's (although, it always looks green to me..)! Hope everyone has a delightful "holiday" weekend.

I wish they did that around here, dye the lake or something,
when I was in 5th grad, my boyfriend asked what I wanted for Christmas, I told him purple snow. I woke up
Christmas morning to see my front lawn all sprayed purple. How sweet and romantic he was.
They do spray the line down the street green for the parade.. I like the idea.

They dye the Hillsborough River in Tampa green every year. It looks weird.

No Lynnie. My youngest son (42 yrs old) came over today and brought me cash to get what I want. Usually he also brings flowers. I was glad to see him. He works out of state a lot for a well drilling co. I haven't seen him for a few weeks.

That's how I am with my son. we try to spend time tog every week. We usually go to lunch.
