....and I found some lovely fabric (in the washer right now) for the next round on the pink. It's a green tone-on-tone teal and a deeper red. I am planning to make a simple border of the green with a small strip of the red in the center.

Thanks for the compliments. I am happy with it. AND Pam's round is almost finished. There is a benefit to doing a simple border - it does go fast. I have one corner block done (Had to test the pieces for fit) and all the parts cut for the other 3. All the stripes are sewn together and pressed. Then it's on to assembly in a bit.

Pat's at work - his turn for weekend duty. The good thing is he'll bring back an Asiago Cheese bagel from Noah's. The bad thing, we got a new coffee pot and I have NO IDEA how to turn the darn thing on. Believe me, I will NOT start sewing without having the required batch of caffeine in my system, lol
