Tam...Moo ~ What a cute little quilt! Love it. So cheerful.

On another topic, I finally started the thread for the patriotic quilt for the Joann's worker here ...

Edited to add: Eek! They're bigger than 2" now, but hopefully they're not TOO big!
Moonrise, I keep looking at this gorgeous little quilt and I've decided that we need you to do a tutorial on the binding. At first I thought it was just the stitching that created the curves, but I see that I was wrong. What's your secret method? I LOVE it.

Actually I got the idea from a tutorial here on the board. Here's the link:

I am so enjoying this thread. I have my DQ almost done. I remember a lloooong time ago that when it comes to embelishing, when you think you have enough add a little more. That is my problem, can't seem to find when to stop! LOL Had a meeting yesterday that was a little over 3 hours from home. DH drove so I used the time to do some hand sewing. Did some more embelishing on the DQ and finished up a couple of pin cusions I made from orphan pcs of past quilts. I am having a ball and using up some of the bits and pcs that seem to be taking over my sewing rooms. Thanks for letting me play!! Can't wait for June.
