Rec'd F8th from quilting gran yesterday. I've pulled two fabrics so far. Just need to decide on a pattern and get to sewing. I'll have it in the mail on Monday.

I am making a puppet for my granddaughter, we skype, and I found this article about making Puppets out of old stuffed animals. Basically you cut a hole in bottom where your hand goes and remove stuffing. Pretty easy and makes a great puppet.

I will work on the F8's I have later this evening. Quilt club was cancelled this week, so I have a free day :-)

Ditto! Another fun fabric to work with - it has numerous possibilities.

I also received a grown up block from Jillnjo. It is wonderful! Thank you. I will have to post a picture later. (I am stealing a little time right now from care giving - my husband had cataract surgery this AM.) But I will share this - the flowers are a great touch!
