I'm so sad for you. My mom had been sent home from the hosp and told she had 3 weeks at most. She made it 21 days and I was with her when she passed. I still miss her everyday and it's been 1 1/2 years. Cherish your last few days or hours. I wish I had just a few more. I'll pray for your strength.

I'm sorry about your Mom. When I was holding my Mom's hand for the last time the nurse told me to keep telling her I loved her, that hearing was the last thing that went. I told her that I loved her several times, and then she squeezed my hand and went flat line.

Will keep you and your family in our prayers. May you have nothing but peace in the mist of your sorrow. Your quilts are stunning, so glad that you had something to keep yourself busy with. What great stress repeated that is.

Its not easy losing your mum..I lost my mum just over 2 years ago and reading about your mum bought tears to my eyes. Good that you are quilting..anything that helps you through this difficult time is a blessing.
