Cecelia

You have to make the quilt now! IT would be gorgeous! Now I have to ask, would you make pink and blue peeps too on the quilt?

My mother tried to send me some crunchy ones from Colorado one time but unfortunately Virginia's humidity reincarnated them![/quote]

Use a food saver. It sucks the air out and keeps it in "perfect" bad condition till the moment you open it.

This is the way I like them too. I also like stale marshmallows. If you let them get stale (chewy stage) then put them in the freezer, they will make a crunching sound on the first bite. They thaw very quickly to the chewy stage that they were when you put them in the freezer. My husband thinks I'm crazy and just shakes his head when he hears me crunch into one!

Never tried this. Do you use fresh or stale? How long do you nuke them?
