There is an official shop hop this year. It is at the end of April and beginning of May. It only includes 5 shops and they seem pretty spread out. Weavers is one of them. I was there on Saturday and they told me about the hop. Do a search for Lancaster shop hop and it should come up.

Sorry, I forgot to put this in other message. Don't forget to check out Log Cabin quilts in Bird In Hand. It's across and down from the market.

I don't know if anyone mentioned by Hayloft in Morgantown
is wonderful, it is above Martins Grocery Store. Great prices and if you go on line there is a 25percent coupon
for one yard of fabric, plus it tells you what is on sale
for each week. Also not far from there right on 23 is
a place in Goodville, Goodville Fabric Outlet, wonderful
good prices. Warehouse. Have fun, wish I could go too!

I LOVE Goodville Fabric Outlet. All kinds of goodies in there! There's also a shop between Goodville's and the Lancaster shopping area that I can't remember the name of. It's a single story house with a couple of additions on it that is just jam packed with really nice fabrics. The best selection of flannel I've ever seen. Great prices. They also have a separate store in the basement full of notions and bulk foods. Great prices there as well. Hopefully I'll be heading out there in the next couple of weeks myself. Have a couple of projects to start soon if they're to be done on time!

Have fun I'm from there and now live in Oklahoma but the first thing I do when I go back to visit family and friends is stuff myself full of food at central market and the local restaurants and then I have the energy to go visit the quilt stores that are just outside of the center of Lancaster. I've spent many hours looking at quilts and fabrics. I know you'll have a good time make sure to try the local food too it's great.
