i usually quilt 4 or 5 hours a day almost everyday. at 74 and with the grandkids grown have to do something to stay sane. can't stand not being busy. DH and i made me a quilters ironing board today. now i can press large pieces of fabric and a good portion of a quilt at one time.

I spend 6-8 hours per day hand quilting - sometimes more, sometimes less.

I sew for a living making veils, so for the last couple of weeks it has been 10 hours a day to keep up with Mother's Day orders.

Most my sewing time is on the weekend and it varies greatly, depending on dh's schedule and ds's plans (he's 16 and has to divide his time between us, his bio mom, his grandparents, his buddies and most important of all, his girlfriend! lol) . I also alternate sewing with my other hobby, genealogy. Before all that comes a very demanding full time job of 40-50 hours/week and caring for my family. I do enjoy my sewing and genealogy research times as I can totally relax and concentrate on only that and leave all other stresses behind :-)

I usually sew for a couple of hours each evening if I am working. I work only part time and If I'm working it cuts into my sewing time. On snowy or rainy days, I may stitch most of the day!

In some form probably 3-4 hours a day. By this I mean its not always doing actual sewing. Some time is spent designing new ideas, some spent in cutting etc. AND some time spent looking at sites to inspire me. Of course the time spent here on the board is helpful in so many ways. New products to look at, pictures to see, etc.
