Very nice design but a bit expensive. It's like a sampler and that could take a long time to make.

It's a really pretty quilt. It looks like it might take some time, but I don't see that it looks any more difficult than others. Remember - you can do anything, one step at a time! (seems I've seen that here on the Board at some time or another...)

oh, I don't consider the little bit of hand work on a fan block to be applique. Yes, it is, technically, but to me it's more just finish sewing.

I like this one too, & have the magazine! If this version is too big, try downsizing it a bit. I often do that if I don't want to do a huge quilt. I can see where some thought there was applique, but even if there was, you could substitute a pretty print...

Prettiest sampler quilt I have ever seen. Love the pastels. What colors are you using? Looks like a lot of fun.

yes, I made the shop sample for our LQS. It is a beautiful quilt. the first block is a simple paper pieced, and the rest are pieced normally. I made it on my featherweight while I was recovering from a broken leg.
