    Guilt? Uh no way...... I take a spoon or two when I have a craving for a treat.....now I eat that instead of a bowl of sugar cereal or other junk food that's really not what I need to eat. It really has replaced much of my junk food I normally would have eaten. I am trying to cut down on junk but the Nutella is so satifiying that I dont mind not having the other stuff.

    Try this for a lovely little afternoon snack:

    Dip a spoonful of Nutella, then grab a handful of pretzels... then dip the pretzels in the Nutella...

    Here's another yummy mix: Nutella on Club crackers...

    LOVE Nutella...
