Being from Iowa and corn country think these are a great way to recycle old machines. Think of how many machines are made a year.

Kinda makes me a bit sad. These old machines are built to last, and more than likely the majority of them worked. In fact, the top picture (green one) looks like my old 31-15, which I absolutely LOVE to fm quilt on. Mine was covered in soot and gunk, but, with a lot of time & elbow grease, now works perfectly. I think I'd rather see some of the plastic wonders they make nowadays turned into tractors!!

I would buy one and put in my home. I would rather see this than someone who collects 20,30,60 machines for the sake of 'saving' them and they sit around not being used.
Hopefully, these machines were no longer useable and parts were taken off that could be resold and used by someone else.

I would much rather see machines that cannot be repaired to be repurposed like these instead just rusting away somewhere...these bring a smile!!!! Naomi

When I zoomed in there are no bobbins or cases or feet etc. Wonder what was done with all these parts? Probably could have used some of them to get some of my machines up and running.

Very creative, cute! Gotta ask, what were they selling those for?
