Hello, from Georgia,
We went on an Alaskan cruise last year. It was wonderful! We didn't stop in Sitka though. I bought some fabric in Ketchikan.{I think} I am making an attic windows quilt and backing it with fabric that was designed by an Alaskan artist. I have it on my new Grace quilting frame to hand quilt.

welcome, sitkaquilter, from mostly warm, sunny Florida. I get cold easy, so will definitely pass on a cruise to your town, lol. you'll love it here.

I'm Muriel in Fairbanks. I've lived here almost all my life and still have not taken the cruise I sure would love to one day.
How long have you lived in Sitka? Nice to see someone else from Alaska on here.
