    Good for you trying something new! I am one who likes to stay in my comfort zone but have been trying to venture outside of it. I really like the fabrics you chose. The button idea is great! Please send another picture when you get it finished.

    Very nice. I also like the idea of the buttons instead of quilting the whole thing.

    repress some seams on the shorter sides. that should help it give a bit more.
