It is gorgeous, truly gorgeous. You can cut the time by making the feather wreaths bigger so you have less area to do the small fill. I hope she will be appreciative of the hours you put into this. It was worth it to have such a beautiful outcome.

Beautiful quilting! The blocks with the motif...is it stippled as well or is that a design in the fabric that I see.? Is this by hand or machine? Gorgeous!
