Definitely one of the best investments I have ever made! Love my Go.

I have an accucut machine and the dies for rag quilts, 2 1/2" strips, cute shapes for applique. It is a bit of a pain as I have the very heavy accucut die-cutter but is definately worth it.

Love it, just not the prices for the different dies.

noticed that you got the go baby. are you really limited to the dies you can use with that one? I have seriously been thinking about buying one too. looking around for the best deal and how expensive are the dies for the little one?

My DH gave me one for Christmas & cash to purchase dies. I love it, love it, love it! Have just had surgery on both hands for carpal tunnel & like you my accuracy had suffered. Even got grandkids cutting up scraps for me. lol

If you like embroidery appliqué, there is a yahoo group, (machine embroidery with die cuts) whose designs are made to work with the GO applique dies. She is very reasonably priced. Having the GO and her designs makes machine appliqué so much easier!

Gretchen, do you know what diecutyoyrfabric's shipping charges are?

cbjlinda, at the accuquilt website, you can download a list of all the dies that shows which ones are compatible with the GO Baby. All of the dies that fit the Baby can be used in the GO - they are simply the narrower ones (5 or 6 inches wide). Here is the link. http://www.accuquilt.com/go-die-cutter-compatibility

I would like to have one but I make so many different kinds of quilts that I think the dies would cost me a fortune and so things I make there are no dies for. Maybe when I can't cut as well I will invest in one. Seems people either love them or hate them.

I love my GO. I have problems with rotary cutting fabrics that have long cuts (i.e. strips); with the GO it's much easier, faster and saves on fabric (in my case). I can't imagine my quilting w/o it.
