Beautiful quilt! Great idea getting FMQ practice using Leah Day's designs like that, I might have to use that idea.

I love it, and I agree, done is better than a UFO! Quilting is good, too, but, as with all of us, we see our mistakes when no one else does. Great job!

The bright colors and white are fabulous! So fresh and crisp. I love it. You did a fine job and especially on a DSM!

That's the kind of UFO to have--fun and done!

Your double Irish chain with broken dishes looks fine.

....that's what I say, 'Finished is better than another UFO' and 'done is perfect although maybe not perfection'. Good going Lisa! I finally put a quilt together that had been sitting in my unfinished basket because i knew it wasn't going to be perfect. I finally put it together, and what do you know.....you can't see the mistakes. Love that you quilted such a huge size yourself! Congratulations, I know you are smiling!!! So am I!

It is lovely, there aren't any flaws, if it were perfect it wouldn't be made by loving hands.

You are so right about "finished is better than perfect"! If I waited for perfect, I'd never get anything done!
