    this is wonderful. i started saving my hubbys plaid shirts to make a quilt out of. when i told him i almost have enough for a quilt, he was upset and said NO! he didn't want a quilt out of old shirts. heart broken i set the box up high thinking i would donate the shirts to a charity. couldn't let go of the quilt idea. you have so inspired me w a "to heck w him" attitude. and i think if he sees it he will love it as much as i love this one. he likes boxer shorts to wear...so far i have resisted saving any of those wonderful colorful plaides...but it isn't easy! ...and he might recognize some of them lollol

    Very pretty, sashing eliminates the need to match all the seams.
