OKSEWGLAD, I ruler fold mine as well, easy to count the folds on the end to see how many yards I have. To put back my fabric, I slide the ruler in the spot the fabric returns to and slide fabric stack off ruler. return original piece to stack, slide stack back into place. support ruler.

I purchased some comic boards to try (previously had it on the cardboard from store), it isn’t as easy to wrap and definitely isn’t as easy to remove from stack. That said I might use on small pieces of fabric or just give to my sisters as I really don’t care for it

dunster, I just wanted to say thanks to you for posting about the shirt clips. I use comic boards to fold my fabric, but I've been using large coated paper clips to keep the fabric on them, and it was pretty much a nightmare LOL. The paper clips bend very easily and constantly fall off. I ordered 500 shirt clips from Amazon and I just love them.... soooo much better! I also fold my fat quarters onto little boards (using the FQ Sizzix die) and I'm using the shirt clips on those too. We've got some real smart cookies on this board!!

I got the idea of the shirt clips from marjben on this board. I'm happy to pass the information on. Isn't it great how we all learn from each other?

Thanks for the suggestion of clips for shirts. Ordered some tonight, also ordered the mag boards. Going to give my sister the comic boards. She doesn’t have big yardage so they should work fine for her
