    That quilt is so soft looking & inviting. I never thought about making a quarter log cabin. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Oh, Gay, I've had that layer cake for a long time, and I didn't pay attention to the name. But, I'm almost certain I would have ordered it from the Missouri Star Quilt Co. Jenny offers a "daily deal," and she loves working with pre-cut packs pf fabrics. I get some good inspiration from her on-line videos.

    This particular quilt was inspired from a "sewing with Nancy Zieman" show. Glad you like it!
