Hmmmmm I am not sure what to say! the artwork is different and done very well... it is just that poor Sun Bonnet Sue should not have to be subjected to such misery! lol seriously, it is an interesting quilt, but I truly wonder the essence of it all??

That is the only Sunbonnet Sue quilt I have ever really enjoyed. I have liked other Sue's, but that is the only one I can really say that I ever enjoyed. Thanks, Maribeth

How rude!! I particularly find the snake snack and the suicide-by-hanging blocks amusing. Unfortunately, I can't make out all of the scenes and the details. Obviously, SBS cannot die or she would/could not be everywhere, all the time, year after year.

Are you asking me? If so...not I have the bodies legs hat etc in pieces but I was thinking of pillows or smaller wall hangings with her holding flowers made of the cute tiny rick rack etc.
I'll send a pic of them later....
