Let me ask you this, how many times are people going to be that close to the quilt to see any mismatched seams? Unless, of course, if you point them out to them. I have opened a seam in an area that I don't like and pressed it and slid it around to suit me and sewed it back up. It might still not be as perfect as YOU would like but good enough. We are too critical of our own work. Relax and enjoy that you have it almost finished, and the quilting will change how it looks anyway, for the better even.

Well from a distance it looks great but now that you've pointed out all the flaws LOL. Seriously it's really nice and once it's quilted maybe you'll be able to see the mistakes but most other people won't be able.

Aww--you are all so sweet. Thank you for your kind replies. It was frustrating to have so many points/seams off after putting so much time into trying to make the blocks perfect in order to avoid these issues. Usually things match up much better than this! I tried to look at where I could make adjustments, but often times the seams on either side of the ones not matching--matched perfectly! So--I decided to just sew it together as best as I could. Most of it worked out okay--I'll try to just look at those parts. :-D

I think it is a lovely quilt. Nothing is perfect, it just has some character. My favorite quilts are full of character because they were made with love.

    Hand grenades and horseshoes, baby....
It's all good in the end and don't sweat the mistakes. Only you will know they are there and if the imperfections bug you that much, applique something over them! :D

I think it's sharp though. I love your color choices.

Your quilt is beautiful, and if anybody say any to the contrary just tell them. It was intended to keep me(you) warm it was made with love and to remind me none of us are perfect.
