Wow. Great to know. I like the sandwich idea. Make lunch while we sew.

try using Vinegar in your rinse cycle, it takes the extra soap out and so that makes the clothes softered [sp] and theres no smell,

I had heard of the ironing board thing and the toasted sandwiches. It works on any type of sandwich you want to grill or make into a "melt". Heard about it on a travel channel. Never heard of the scissor thing but I am going to try it. I have to use liquid fabric softener in my combo RV washer/dryer but someday I might have a regular one so will keep that in mind. I do not like the smell of some of the sheets.

Now that you've mentioned it Deb, I think I remember reading awhile back on another forum that you can sharpen your rotary cutter by cutting through several layers of aluminum foil. It can't hurt to try once the blade is dull, so I think I'll give it a try next time. :D

It sure couldn't hurt to try it on rotary blades. If anyone experiments let us know if it works. And thanks for the reminder that I'm out of aluminum foil and need to add it to my shopping list :-)
