i think they look great have you pressed the north and south and east and west seams open that some times helps,still mine dont look as good as yours

Have you ridden by the block on your galloping horse? Kidding aside - I understand what your trying to show. Having made MANY pinwheels I really don't have an explanation for it - other than press those seams open and quit agonizing.

I've got a bunch done and am having a heck of a time with them. Figured I could do this. I had a bunch of 8 inch squared (from pot holders) and started out, plus cutting whites. They ended up 10 7/8 (some) and I have trimmed them all down to 10 1/2. Mine are a mess too. I'm so totally stumped, but moving ahead. I'm a fraud anyway. I sew, but I'm sure not a "quilter" like most of you are. I'm just to the point that I am going to keep going and probably hide it when I finish it. LOL

are you pressing or ironing them? ironing them pulls them out of shape a bit on the outside edges. Pressing the iron down on them helps keep the shape better. I think they are fine and surely close enough to just go for it.

the 2 on the right side or turned differently. Have all the blades turning the same way. Dont know how to say it differently to make sense.

PS they are beautifully done, No one would notice it when the quilt id finished.
