Turtle9, love your DQ. Like the blue and the calico you used.

AND, Muv, I love the beading embellishments you did on yours.

LOL Muv, my sentiments exactly, batting is a cricket term..oh and our Aussies are good at it too :)
lol - Cricket the bug or cricket the game?
Brenda, cricket the game :) although the cricket bugs are okay
and yummy to eat if they are fried and dipped in chocolate. LOL I know I just grossed you girls out!! LOL
So glad that is just a photo, not sure I would eat it with or without chocolate.

Lots of great quilts since I popped in last. Your work is amazing!

When did we start posting pictures of quilts before the intended recipient got to see it first? Tsk, tsk.... Kind of takes the surprise out of getting the mystery squishy in the mail doesn't it?

Hope my future partners don't do that... I pace sometimes in anticipation of seeing what that little gem is going to look like. Would hate to see it posted before I opened it.

You guys keep making these adorable quilts. Just so neat :)

I received the most beautiful doll quilt today from Jacie. I adore it and haven't stopped looking at it since I opened the package. Also, thank you for the best pot holder ever, the tissue holder, and the needle keeper (forget the term). I will post a picture later tonight.

I only do that if my partner says it is ok. Sometimes especially if going overseas, they might want to see what it looks like because it takes so long.

Here is my quilt from Jacie, complete with a hanging sleeve. I absolutely am in love with this beauty and all the goodies that Jacie included. She is a wonderful person to get to know and hope we can stay in contact.
