42 total. 15 first, 27yr second. Finally gave up men for quilting!

40 years this past May. 5 years longer than my parents who died at ages 55 & 62.
Dh's parents were married 67 years... they died both at age 87.

on our next anniversary it will be 10 years.
no fights and we get along fine. we spend a lot
of time together. I have a 27 yo son, and they get along well also.
Best 10 years of my life.

We were married 50 years this last June. He was dating my best friend when I had car trouble and needed a ride home. He took her home first and the rest is history!

30 years, can't believe it's been that long. It goes fast when you're happy. Having a sense of humor with each other helps a lot.
