I got a wonderful bird pincusion from someone who said she had made it while visiting her parents in Japan. Unfortunatly it arrrived the day my very efficient cleaning lady was here and she whisked all the packaging out, before I could put it too safety. I would very much like to thank my bird maker because I dearly love it, but someone is going to have to confess. Please?

    My tree isnt up yet.
I try to get my swap things done early so my partner isnt waiting forever for it.
i hate when im sitting and waiting, so i assume others are too.
i decided to add some glitz to my ornaments, so i will do that tonight.
ill mail by the end of the week. I have about 10 items going out to other board members
So ill mail everything at once.

    Sucia,

It was me! I was actually visiting my folks in New York and made your "bird" while escorting my father to his dialysis sessions. I was in the waiting room for about 5 hours, three times per week, and working on my pin cushion kept me sane! I left it with my mother to mail when I went back to Japan. I am glad you like it. All the notions were brought from Japan, as was the fabric. I guess I was going for an oriental bird look!

ok now I am hanging my jibb the post office lady said be patient it could have gotten on the wrong truck and might make it back to its owner.. the ownly thing else I can truly hope for is my partner received hers in Ohio and simply forgot to post. I have gone back three times looking to see if I missed it but if I did I am blinder than I thought which is really blind. Opting out of a Christmas swap this round as I need to do my three kidlet stocking packages to give them and that always takes some creative thought. Not alot of cash so its full of thought lol. placemats! great oh crud no dinner tables not a one of them.. hot pads again. hey it beats burnt fingers. And they will always be fashionable with the current old fabrics momma finds for them lol
