    Do you need the floral border for size? Perhaps I'm looking incorrectly, but it seems the first quilt will be smaller?

    I like them both. Not sure I can pick a favorite.

    Beautiful quilt! I like both, but I think just having the black binding looks great!

    The red makes it look more Asian and I like the idea of a small black one before the red. The lighter one makes the squares show up more and it's the calmest look.

    I would like #2 best if the red border was not so wide. Otherwise, I choose #1.
