Congradulations on your purchase!! You are going to love using it for many years.
Me too! :) very solid, very sturdy... I do not find it loud at all..

Mine is not loud,it HUMS,,and it is sturdy, weighs 35 pounds,,made with lots of metal..does that help?

I have had the 1500S for 8 or 10 years. Love it. I paid more than you paid now back then. They were selliing for 1200 at the dealer and bought mine online for 650.00.

Good thing about brother machines. You usually can trade up which I did in the 1st year and now I love my brother.

Hi Pauline You are going to love this machine. I have mine a couple of months and it's great. So much room for quilting. Got mine at Allbrands and they matched the price from amazon. Good luck

I don't have this particular model, but I have the Brother Runway edition to take to classes and the Laura Ashley edition to use at home. I am very happy with both of them

    Good luck! Enjoy!

I have the grace starter frame. I have been used my Viking Daisy machine on it and it works good. The grace starter frame is an easy frame to put together and you can take a few bolts and and drop the frame and put out of your way.
