Default TGIF! Yeah, Yeah, I know it's Saturday but...LOL

This stands for THANK GOD IT'S FINISHED! Months ago I posted a lament about this one called Exploding Blocks...Had a bunch of 3" squares I wanted to use up and thought this would be good...doesn't work without extreme mathematics except for the 4 and 5 inch squares that work fine. Leave it to me to try to do something else....Got so frustrated I put it away until now...I really love it but it was one of those once in a while quilts that just defy you to make them...even take a picture of them.. which is blurred...The border is made up of 3" squares and rectangles of the same material as in the quilt...sorted and laid them out to sew together...got up the next morning and the cats had scrambled them...so I picked up the pieces and sewed them together however they landed...You just have to have a sense of humor to be a quilter... Yes that is a brass church offering plate on the nightstand next to the bed...but donations now are sadly only left over change...LOL
