Dotha
You may still be in mourning from your moms passing. I lost my MIL last October. I went to do hospice care for her. She was 92 and a wonderful woman. She had a good life.
What about trying to make something small like a pillow hot pads or maybe treat yourself to making a new purse?
As others said it will pass.
Good luck,
Dawn

When I feel like that I sew strips together for a strip quilt. It doesn't require any hard thinking on my part.

I sew - like one block and then go do a chore - something on the to do list and then go back and sew a bit more then back to the list. Everything gets done in the end.
