You can find out more about your sewing machine on line. I just typed in "Singer Sewing Machines" and was eventually led to a collectors' club/museum. The group is in England but was very helpful in telling me about my machine just from the serial #. But, that is a very nice looking machine. Have fun with it.

When I pulled this machine out of its case I knew what it was right to start with and caught my breath. He asked me if I sewed and when I told him I did, he said, well take it. I offered to pay him but he refused any money.
I havn't cleaned her yet but she does purr like a kitten.
