how creative using the fabric and sewing /quilting the lines to look like fan instead of piecing...and LOVE how you made quilting like other fan ....you are very creative

OK, here goes the slow one's question. I've looked at it and looked at it. It is simply gorgeous !!! But I don't GET it. Is there the fan block, then a plain white block, etc.?? Or is the fan applied to a solid white whole cloth? I can't see the seams. This is one creative quilt. Sorry for the dim question.
