    I was there this morning and had no clue -hmmm office supply department, never thought of looking there. I hope I remember next time, thanks for letting me know.

    Hi all, I also have one and they were for cutting coupons as montanajan said. I also used it as a seam ripper, but as kriscraft99 said you have to be careful as it wil also cut your fabric if you go too fast or you are not careful enough (no need to ask me how I know). BrendaK

    Default Where to get a Clipit

    This shows my age, but, what the heck! I still have one from way-back-when and it stills works, although not as a seam ripper. I use it to clip articles/coupons/etc. from paper sources.     I just tried it to rip a seam. It doesn't work very well, at least for me. I think the blade is much too big for the stitches. Maybe it's just me . . . . I'll just stick to using it for paper clipping.

    I have one like that but was told it was to clip things out of the paper, ie, coupons, etc. Never have used it for a seam ripper....hmmmmm.....
