How nice of all for your thoughts, support and kindnesses.

Last night I was trying to figure out what to include on the label, other than the date, my name and the LAQ's name. A phrase? or perhaps a different name for the quilt? So I did some googling about the meaning of butterflies and death. OMG, honestly, I had no idea that there was any symbolism at all. Here's some interesting reading, for those who might be interested ...

Now, if it had been a negative symbolism, I'd have been tied as to what to do. Thankfully it wasn't!

Thanks for the extra link SawSan ... I found a whole bunch of the links, and there was always similar meanings, whether about death, cultures, history, etc. regarding the symbolism of butterflies.

It then led me to looking at symbolisms of other things ... to discover that many others vary to extreme opposites in different circumstances. Interesting!
