I don't see ugly at all! Love the fabric, but might have had to think for a moment about how I would use it. Your choice is right on point.

Looking again at the fabric after your comment, I think it would be wonderful in a kaleidoscope block, or better known as the One Block Wonder. But I like what she did with it, too.
