The Jones bobbins are available. My GF bought some last year. Had to get them from England, but they weren't that hard to find. Glad you were able to put the bits back together. Lovely serpentine/cat back. I still want one!

glad to hear about the bobbins. Although I could probably make those, it's the shuttle that i want a 2nd/3rd of....
She is cleaning up really nice. My new favorite. This moves as smooth as a Frister & Rossmann. It is a "Transverse" in that it uses boat shuttles and the shuttle does not move in an arc but rather a straight line. But the movement is parallel to the movement of the fabric like a VS.
