Yes! Actually I did use a free pattern for the lattice side of the quilt. Scroll down a few quilts and you'll find it at http://bethdonaldson.blogspot.sk/p/f...-patterns.html

For the backing, I used EQ7 to create my own pattern. My friend had done a similar backing that I liked so I just adjusted it to be more in my scrappy style.
