Here's another block to add to my "sampler", this one took a little while. It's so exciting to see them come together, it looks like they won't go together right, but then in the end it does. Now, do I rip off all the paper, or wait until I put the quilt together?

I leave the paper on until I have it all together and then tear it out gently by folding it back and forth so as not to tear out any of the stitching.
    BTW, your piece is beautiful!

I see you have a suggestion, also, I run the duller side of my seam ripper, over the stitches, back and to a little, afterwards....I leave ppr on, till I get ready to join rows.
That is one pretty block! I love those colors. This is going to be some quilt...(some pig...from Charlotte's Web, just jumped in my head  )

I forgot to add a thank you for the compliments  :D

I leave my paper on...when I start sewing them together I remove paper from the seam lines before I press. It makes getting the little pieces out easier. If you leave the big pieces alone until the borders are on, it helps to stabilize the bias edges of the blocks, JMHO

Here is my latest addition to my pp'd sampler quilt and here's what they look like together so far. I know I'm going pretty slow on this but am plugging away. Any suggestions to make this look better?
