    Yes, you trace the pattern shapes onto your fusible web paper (Wonder Under or something similar) and then iron it on to your fabric. Then you cut out the shapes you've drawn and remove the paper. Press onto the background fabric and then zig zag the edges. That's it. Not too hard.... There's probably a number of good tutorials online showing the process.

    I love it too. It has a thirty's feel to it which I am particularly fond of. You did a good job with the applique. Perhaps you will feel confident to do more now?
