Thought I might share this quilt with you. I made it to cover the quilt on my bed and protect it from my quilt inspectors fur. Hope you like it.

Beautiful! Makes me wonder what piece of art is below this protective quilt.

Forgot to make pic of that as Keishi was already settling in and I didn't have the heart to chuck him of. He's not been well.

Any chance we could see the wall quilt peeking out on the right side of the picture?
I thought the quilt inspectors were holding the quilt down. I didn't realize they were LOOKING!: )

It's stunning in all those Asian fabrics and your pillows work nicely with the quilt.

I wouldn't call it a piece of art, it's actually protecting the back which I like to call 'the Winter side'. I'll post a pic with a corner flipped over, for the whole 'Summer side" you'll have to wait till summer(fall in the U.S.) I'll post pic then, as I want to make a topper for that side as well.Oops got one side ways, don't know how to fix that yet, sorry

    Thanks Minnesewta-sam,
yes, they are. I used freezer paper templates in a variety of sizes from 1.5" to 3.5" and appliquéd them that way. I later reused the templates to quilt around.

The quilt inspector is very thorough, I'm sure he's checking for threads I've missed. The quilt peeking out on the side is an Exploding star, i still have to move the sleeve on the back, as it is not hanging the way i like it.
