    I'm sure your DH will love the quilt and I think only you will see any mistakes as it is a beautiful quilt. I agree with Barb in Louisiana that sometimes some projects just take longer than others. I started a quilt for my DH to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, but didn't finish it until much later, either 5 or 10 years, but he did get it. However, it was a Kaliedescope (sp) quilt and I will never make another one, too many bias pieces, even though it finished into a beautiful quilt, guess that's what I get for letting him pick the fabric and the pattern.

    I don't see any mistakes... it's awesome. I love the central stars and the ribbon border... and especially the map fabric! Winner!
