    When does an artist recognize they are an artist? (To me, you def are!).
    When does a quilter think they are a quilter?

    That is so pretty. I saw a painted quilt at a show once that was appliqued (I think) on the front side and on the backing using the quilting outlines, the whole quilt back was painted so in effect it was a double-sided quilt. I can easily see you doing something like that with your talent. Just lovely.
